Running is as simple as pulling & pushing the ground backwards.
If you keep insisting on pushing the ground downwards, then all you’ll ever do is get better at jumping upwards.
But the reality is that jumping upwards doesn’t win races, and never has.
The great runners are the ones who pull & push the ground backwards the best.
Be that runner, because how much you can squat, how high you can jump, and how many of those movements you do, has absolutely no bearing on how good of a runner you are and ever will be.
#TheSlingMethod isn’t about how well you can produce a squat, it’s about how well you reproduce the action of gait.
