You’ll need your own bands, a copy of the Runners’ Rehab & The Basic 8, and have familiarised yourself with the movements and positions in the Runners’ Rehab & The Basic 8.
As long as you have band hook-ups, a video enabled device, and an internet connection, we can work with you to improve posture and whole body movement to make you a better, faster, more efficient runner.
