1. You send us your side and rear view slow motion videos following the instructional video by loading them to a Google Drive folder shared with email@example.com
2. You’ll then receive 12 screenshots 6 from the side and 6 from the rear.
3. We will send you the 12 screenshots back with a brief description of what’s occurring in each one.
This will will give you the first step information to then go through the Runners’ Rehab & The Basic 8 online 8 week course and then be able to do future analyses of your own following the instructions in the training manual.
